The Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (RQF) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals who want to work at live spectator events such as sports stadiums, festivals, concerts, and public gatherings. The qualification ensures that stewards understand how to uphold safety standards, control crowds, and manage emergency situations in line with current legislation.
This qualification is also a pre-requisite for those wishing to progress toward supervisory roles or attain an SIA licence for stadium security roles.
Learners must be 16 years or older
Good understanding of written and spoken English (CEFR Level B1 or higher)
